Fulton includes several well planned, shared outdoor spaces for residents of all ages to enjoy, including a gathering area, the main square, fenced in playground, and future pool (Spring 2020). The main square is designed for block parties and gatherings. The gathering area is designed for cookouts and socializing, surrounded by a living fence. A great place for neighbors and pets to enjoy, and includes a wall of chalkboards for the kids and grilling area.

Fulton brings together residents of all ages in a community built to last. The streets and alleys are expertly designed and situated to create outside living spaces for all to enjoy. Public spaces, a park and playground are positioned to elevate the sense of community. The future neighborhood pool (pictured above) is scheduled to open in Spring of 2020! Developed and built with respect for the environment, homes are nestled among vibrant green spaces, parks, and wetlands. More then a third of Fulton is preserved land with nature trails that meander throughout the community. As a result, Fulton is not only a well designed and elegant community, but also one that is friendly, livable, and functional. 

Surrounding Area

Fulton is centrally located in Mt.Pleasant, with fast and easy access to all major points of interest. The beaches of Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island can be enjoyed during the entire year with activities available for people of all ages. Shopping and dining are just minutes away at Mount Pleasant Town Centre or on the waterfront at Shem Creek. The famous Boone Hall Plantation is located just across the street, and Boone Hall Farms Market, with its fresh local produce, is within walking distance. The Ravenel Bridge, approximately 6 miles away, connects Mt.Pleasant to Historic Downtown Charleston where you can enjoy award winning restaurants and historic sites. Several sports facilities, including tennis courts and golf courses, are close by and can be enjoyed all year around.

Nearby Schools

The new Sweetgrass Campus opened its doors in summer 2015. It comprises of Jennie Moore Elementary School for Creative Arts and Laing Middle School of Science and Technology. These 2 schools are located just 1.5 miles from our community.
